In this role you will work within a Marketing Infrastructure team as part of the CMO organization. Partnering closely with developers, program and product managers and operators within the Marketing teams and other central service departments, you will be instrumental in coordinating the flow of data within our internal data platforms and our external partners required to support our marketing campaigns and support the departments infrastructure.
What the Marketing Data Analyst/Engineer does at EA:
Integrates internal and external data platforms. Works with our Project Managers, Media buyers and Strategist to gather user requirements. Maintains tools, integration, and technologies to support a highly reliable development environment. Understands and follows standard software engineering processes and best practices for requirements, design, implementation and testing. Continuous, front-line communication with all customers on goals and strategy. Point of contact for data related questions.
Who you are:
Computer Science Degree, Computer Engineering Degree, or equivalent. Possess professional experience in Data Modelling. Possess professional experience with SQL. Some knowledge in MS SQL Server. Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible – able to adapt plans and react to change. Successfully interface with customers with a diverse set of backgrounds and needs - able to speak their language, appreciate their challenges, and maintain their respect. Goal driven achiever with high productivity. Ability to see, understand and work within the wider strategic picture. Resourceful and innovative - identify issues and implement solutions, as required. Some knowledge of Agile practices. Some Marketing background a bonus. Game industry experience a bonus.
Nice to have skills include: Some knowledge in professional Software development. Some knowledge in web development. Some knowledge in Restful API implementation.
