As a Java Developer you will:

  • Review business requirements and provide input into the design
  • You will complete work packages ensuring the development meets the business requirements and is in project timelines
  • Participate in code review sessions
  • Review QA reports and update any defects
  • Support with the release into the production environment
  • Support with any production issues
  • May act in a Team Lead capacity providing guidance and support to junior employees

What we are looking for:

  • Must have hands on experience with Java, J2EE, JSP and/or Javascript
  • Experience with Angular JS and EJB strongly preferred
  • Experience with webservices, weblogic, websphere, oracle and Unix strongly preferred
  • Experience in Agile considered an asset
