The Development & Database Manager delivers technical development of information systems with a view on supporting the strategy of the Credit Union. Leads smaller technology-centric project teams or is an IT member of cross-functional project teams. Translates software requirements into workable programming code while maintaining and developing programs, seeking support as required from other development specialists. Specializes typically in a specific development field, such as web based applications, and generally will contribute in-depth knowledge of one or more computer languages. Writes and tests software development code, ensuring web, Windows, mobile applications, or other software are sound and built according to requirements. Delivers innovation to the development process, application, or information systems.
In delivering seamless member experience, this job may require travel between locations and work outside of regular business hours. Other duties will be assigned outside the stated job purpose and key elements of work established for this job to ensure we are flexible and agile, providing cohesive member experience.
